If you want to make a good investment, it is highly recommended that you purchase a weight vest. This vest can help you a lot with your training. It is an excellent way to build strength in your body, since you can play with the weights and move them around.

If you train with a weight vest on, afterwards when you take it off, you can feel the difference in your body. You’re much lighter, and more agile when fighting. Your strikes can be more explosive.

Also, while training it allows you to do numerous exercises, such as squats, burpies, push ups, lunges and shadow boxing. It’s an excellent tool to train with since you’re adding weight on your body, forcing your core to work twice as hard and developing more strength and resistance along the way.

If you don’t have a lot of money to invest in your training, investing in this product will suffice. The weight vest is a product that will help you improve on your training, while developing inner strength and power in your body.

Im 15 (60 kg) and I go to Sprint. I want to buy a weighted vest (10 LB = Around 4,5 kg.), and I want to wear it everyday. Fx. Wearing it when I go to sleep, going to school, to the grocery store (Expect for showering or when I go to train sprint).
my main goal is to wear a weighted vest, so I can get my muscles to believe that it is my perminent body weight. So when I take it off, I should be able to feel very light and move faster.

Hey Nick I am 17 years old, 6″3 and skinny, i was wondering if you could do a quick video on how to gain muscular mass and gain a little bit more weight since i only weight 140 pounds at 6″3. Thank you.

    • Veggy Dishwasher

      February 15, 2020 at 4:28 am

      Thank you guys!

What do you suggest for training? Like how many reps and what exercise?

    • Yuri Boyka

      February 15, 2020 at 4:28 am

@Veggy Dishwasher It’s really not that complicated: if you eat more calories than you burn, you WILL gain weight. So make sure sure that you’re eating in a caloric surplus (you can find a bunch of sites that will teach you how to do that, such as MyFitnessPal.com), and make sure to jump on a solid beginner strength training routine which is based on progressive overload (google it). Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5×5, Icecreamfitness 5×5 are some OK beginner routines. It’s not really THAT important which routine will you pick, but it’s extremely important that you constantly keep progressing in weight, sets, or reps. (AKA progressive overload).

exact same problem except I was at 6’2 and 130. I raised my weight all the way to 160. you’re main focus should be on food, (I suggest healthier but it’s expensive) chicken and rice. make sure you eat at least 3000 calories a day. that was my problem. I thought I was eating a lot. but I was only eating 2000 calories. I suggest looking at Strengthcamp and ElliottHulse and Furiouspete channels. they are good advice givers. you just have to look through a couple videos to get what you’re looking for.

Yeah, I’ve bought mine (also 25lbs) about a year ago, and I do use it from time to time. I do find it a bit restrictive, but overall excellent for building endurance. Mostly, I like to jog in it until I’m tired, and then do strength exercises (pullups with a vest kill your lats!). I hope it’s gonna help me prepare those long walks/jogs with a bergen in case I do decide to join the army. Great video as always, by the way! =)

@Radostin Kuzmanov Obviously, I was joking. I think the moral choice for all of us–is to hope and/or pray that Nick never has to be involved in a real fight (with or without knives), again. That was the point I was trying to subtly make.
