    I keep falling off from going to the gym, doing yoga and making healthier choices in my diet. But hopefully this will kick me on the right track again! Been a while since I’ve done yoga and this was a great start!

    I love your videos, but this one isn’t my favorite. I liked the second half better than the opening (flamingo was cool!); I thought the opening moved too quickly through the transitions for me to really warm up my muscles and make sure I was using them correctly. I also found the music a bit odd – more appropriate to a plank workout than a yoga warm up. Thanks for sharing all your videos. Namaste

    just what I needed to get motivated. I love that you called it a ninja hop. When i first started practicing 3 years ago I saw this done properly and wanted t be able to do this.
