Branch Warren hasn’t just put his stamp on the world of bodybuilding; he Fed-Ex-ed many of his competitors into oblivion. In 2011, he won the Arnold and the British Grand Prix. In 2010, he placed second at the Arnold and 3rd in the Mr. Olympia. In other words, his resume is growing as fast as his lat spread, which is wide enough to blot the sun.

We joined Branch for a workout as he prepared to defend his Arnold Classic title. He decided to train shoulders, using weights most men don’t touch for chest. His workouts aren’t for the weak-hearted – don’t be surprised if he reaches through the screen and uses you for a biceps curl.

      His shit form works for him and when you get to this level and need to pull out everything you can to keep stimulating the muscles a good mind to muscle connection beats perfect form any day of the training week. Im talking after a decade +of training not something a beginner should heed to. Id have more of a problem with his throwing weights around and dropping them everywhere than his form lol

      @Elias Viero The answer is yes, but it isn’t ideal. It’s like a kid shooting hundreds of jump shots with bad form. He’ll obviously improve for the simple fact that he’s shooting so many jumpers, but not as significantly as he would have had he shot them correctly.

    I don’t care about his form because it obviously work for him physically, even though I’m not sure how risky is it for him to get injuries from doing it like that.
