    is it possible to buy stuff and do all this at home? i can’t stand doing all these funny reps with all these ppl around me- sweaty and stuff

      @BeSANwell nutrition is key, you have to eat a looot, healthy carbs, protein and fats… you can add a fast digest protein and take it right after your workout as well. I don’t recommend taking other supplements, it’s just a waste of money.

      I actually don’t like gyms too so I bought some weights and some resistance bands and I focus on doing hip thrust, bridges, deadlift and squads. And I got amazing results in within a year. I recommend you to do the same, it’s totally worth it 👌🏼

    I know this video is old but I work out at home and don’t have a stable bench set up yet for thrusting. If I do put it against the wall it’s still wiggles all over the place. Anyway my question is, at the moment I’m doing lying hip thrusts/ lifts on the carpet in my daughters room. I am using a barbell with weight on it but I was wondering if it will still be effective or if I’m just wasting my time and should do something else until I can do actual hip thrusts with my back elevated against a bench. I did see a bodybuilder chic do it this way which is why I do it so I hope it’s doing something but if it not any advice would be appreciated! I have just recently started my journey about 2 months ago and have a long way to go. I am 5’1 155lbs and am weightlifting to loose the weight and gain some muscle with minimal cardio besides sprinting a long block, walking a short block by my house over and over until I’m too tired to go on which is usually around the 20 min mark. Also in a caloric deficit. Thanks for any help!

    When you work your booty, how many of these exercices do you do? As in it’s your booty work out day at the gym. How many of these exercices would you do? How many circuits? How often would you repeat each circuit etc?

    You knees “go before your ankle” or how to say it, sorry, I don’t know the correct phrase.

    I want to know how many should I do….and how often. I’m currently using 3kg kettle bells with exercises I do. I have definitely noticed a difference after 3 weeks but feel I need a bit more. Would you recommend doing more reps and/or heavier weights or??? I currently do 35 of each squats 25 lunge &25 clam raises per leg. Can you help challenge me please?

    It’s a lot easier when you are a HOURGLASS shaped body as you carry the fat on the butt. I’m a hourglass shape, the more I gain weight the bigger my butt gets. I just have to work on my abs. My sister is an apple shaped body, she stores the fat on the side of her chess right under the arms. It’s not easy for her to grow a bum, as apple shaped tend to have proportionally smaller buttocks. Pear shaped body has it way easier than all the shapes. I think is important to know what works best with your body shape.

    Definitely going to try lots of these… messed up my tail bone so can’t do squats and after gaining muscle mass my butt has fallen way behind so this should help get some gains to be more equal portioned for me

    I really love you are not abusing gym equipment like some do, so ridiculous. All the basic glute exercises are covered; Squats (best ass-to-grass), Deadlifts, Glute Bridges, Lunges. Also good is treadmill walk on the highest incline (without using handles, you should never use the handles, in real life you don’t have handles suspending in the air to hold on to).

      Actually, ass to grass is the best for all muscles engaged, when you squat to full depth, your muscles (all including the glutes)are stretched further and are better activated than if you were to just perform a parallel squat. Moreover ROM, full range of motion is pretty much the first rule of building muscles. However, if your mobility (esp. hamstrings) is poor or just interested in very heavyweights (powerlifting) do parallel.

      Actually ass to grass is the worst because you completely lose tension in the gluteal muscles when at the very bottom of an ATG squat. So in turn your quads do most of the work, not your glutes. Slightly below parallel is best, and even better would be kneeling squats or zercher squats.

    Yeah this is great BUT as a married woman with a child Just moved to a gorgeous place with a state of the art gym… I just cannot do this in a coed gym. All the huffing and puffing and men staring it feels awkwardly intimate and wrong to be sweating with random strangers. And I’ve done plenty of bikini modeling so being the center of attention isn’t a problem, but the sweating together is intimate to me, gym with my husband is yes please, by myself, I tone it way down and wear a tennis/workout skirt instead of leggings to cover my butt and definitely not showing it. I wonder how other married women feel? I’m a Miami SWAT wife, living in bikini pretty much, but this in the middle of random men I don’t do. Maybe because I own my sexuality and know what it does or due to respect of my husband or both. Wishing for separate men|women training rooms, I imagine everyone would be happier. As far as I know virile men go to the gym to get away from the ass and To get that brah time. And then a big butt with its Maya power just absorbs their energy. Crazy times. Girls need our own gym rooms yep. And this booty is beautiful 🌸

    Bands around the knees while squatting can force your knees inward which can cause the squat to be more quad dominate so if you do use a band make sure you are still pushing your knees out as you go down

    y’all, just know this shit doesn’t work. Females have gotten to the point of believing anything works like working out for a booty. When people say that you have a nice “fat ass/booty” it means they like the jiggle content of the booty. When you workout, you lose all that plus stretch marks are the authenticity of a booty. Before, this was never a thing which makes me laugh, how can we believe something out of nothing? It’s primarily prime angles (female is generally never fully standing up, bending their legs if they do stand, spread legs and look back, or in a squat position so the hip line illusions as bigger), wearing thongs, and high waisted, skin tight clothing for females. There had been a study shown on Instagram that this does not work as much as female Youtubers are advertising. Cut the bull. Big booty is primarily from genetics, you need the hips for ass so that it will maintain itself and you won’t have a problem keeping it. I have went through several accounts asking guys their views and they simply reply with females today start doing anything to make showing off their bodies socially acceptable. I am not mad at this girl for trying. I like how she is trying to promote being healthy but as for the “bigger booty” portion, let’s make a video on being more confident with what you got.

    These are great!! Careful with how far those knees are going over your toes in the squat with the resistance band in the first one though!! If it’s too hard to get low without your knees going over, try squatting low bar! It can be uncomfortable, but since your weight isn’t too too high I think it would work really well for you!

      You can use the larger “bench press” setup. It’s usually anchored, or so large and weighted that you can’t push it around. That’s where I do my hip thrusts when the smaller benches aren’t anchored.

      Lauren S it’s basically when you think about the muscle(s) you are using. Focus on using and squeezing them during the exercise to make sure you are targeting the muscle to get the best results 🙂 for example when doing glute bridges really think about using your bum and squeezing at the top x

      Tiffani Jones 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps is range for hypertrophy but definitely switch it up and add/take away reps and sets depending on the weight you’re using and to avoid plateauing etc

      You should train your booty 2-3 times a week depending on how sore you are but if you wanna build a booty you should eat a lot of carbs which in case more important than protein ..you can calculate your calorie need in any online calculator but Meg did a lot of fullday of eating and she explain a lot of thing:))

    I love your videos! They are so helpful and go to watch!
    So for the past year I have been eating better clean foods. I have been doing lots of weights. I workout 3-4 times a week and usually focus on a different body area each day. I try to train legs and butt twice a week. I do a lot of glute based exercises but I am still not seeing much progress! I have been trying to eat more food and healthy carbs but I am worried if I eat more food it will go to my waist/stomach and not to my bum! I have like no figure at all, small chest and small butt and I really want to change that! Can you help? Any tips that I might be missing? Thank you!!💕💕

      Great video, enjoyed watching! By the way, I’m sorry for the long message but I thought I had to share it. I was overweight for quite some time and tried lots of different methods and none worked.     Also love your videos! I actually have a question, I watched your fitness journey video and the way you described you being small but also ate bad foods is the same way I am. I’ve always been very small but there’s extra fat in my stomach area I want to burn and I also want to focus on muscle building. But I don’t know how to build legs and a butt while also burning fat?       Angelina Win walking lunges you walk forward while you lunge. Reverse lunges are stationary where you lunge backwards 🙂 xx

      Make sure to warm up. i will do 100 to 20 reps with low weight weights. if you push weight you also have to pull weight example. For every push up you do, you should also do a pull exorcise rows is good. Muscle unbalance can cause injury this is how i tore my shoulder. You Tube can teach you this or hire a good trainer.

      All the exercises she does can be done without weights to make you feel comfortable with the exercise. Once you feel like you have the movement under control you can add weights and start increasing them slowly. In time you’ll feel comfortable using the barbell and even added weights. Just make sure you steadily increase the weights. Adding weight to quick is the biggest risk for injuries.
