    Happu Durga Pujo and Navratri loves. I know people who are fasting for Navratri or people who are feasting for Pujo wont be able to follow this at the moment.But once festivals are over, get back to this diet and u will ROCK it.

      NIk Roc I still use Oziva but as a youtuber, I can not stick to the same product forever. I will keep experimenting with other products, else how will u guys know about diff products in the market ? Also pls listen to this then, I consume other protein brands – Muscleblaze, Myprotein, bigmuscles nutrition, healthkart,ONN etc.. also coz part of my job is to try diff products and recommend. I am a person who loves variety ๐Ÿ™‚

      Yes do another video on Rujuta Diwakar diet…I found it to little impractical because for working women itโ€™s so difficult…I often forget to eat after 2 hours.. carrying small meals to work places on a daily basis is not possible…as you were working earlier so you can understand more what difficulties working women face managing house kids office etc etc..

      Anupama Tripathy yes, Rujuta doesnโ€™t have a diet plan exactly.. she has suggested her ideal ways of eating. I had made a video on that long back, maybe I will do one more again ๐Ÿ™‚ Itโ€™s great . I have atleast 2 cheat meals in moderation

You can’t press very well without powerful pectorals, and you’ll look flat from the front and side if you neglect your chest training. This workout will help you build strength, size, symmetry, and great shape across your upper body.

Although this is technically your second shoulder workout of the week, don’t let it deter you from working hard. Training frequency is one of the biggest tools we have for developing a muscle group. In fact, Erin has tremendous shoulders precisely because she trains them frequently.
