    Great video. I used HIIT when I went down to 11% bodyfat (while lifting) and it works. But i’m not a female, you also have your cycle throwing off your weight measurements once in a while.

      @Mel Lauren Fitness I like interval Sprinting on a basketball court (half-court and back, mixed distances, etc). I find bycicles burn my legs -affects my squats and deadlifts, which I can’t have 🙂

      Yeah this is kind of a taboo topic because we want to believe we can do the same things as men… and we can but at a price to our health unfortunately. I love HIIT (sometimes)! I totally get in those zones but it can be easier to burn yourself out. Thanks for your feedback! What kind of HIIT do you do?
