    I have a lifted booty but its all at the top and it makes it look like a apple shape fat at the top and flat at the bottom what exercises would I need to do to get that bottom part of my booty to grow or to “lower” it? Lol

    My butt is wide and flat. I already have hips so these exercises wouldn’t be for me. I’m literally only doing 3 exercises to build my glutes “outward”. Cable kick backs(15lbs), cable deadlifts(15lbs), ankle weight kick backs(20lbs). Hopefully I get great results🤞

    This girl CLEARLY had surgery. The amount of people falling for this lmao, her breasts are wayyy too perky for their size without a bra and she has been working out for years yet is unable to lift heavy, which is the only way to grow a booty.

    I did the fire hydrant with a 5lb dumbbell 5:30 a.m.and I still feel it 2p.m.!!! I want to do more to kill the soreness.
    Now I found a new exercise, the leg roll with ankle weights.

    Why are people so obsessed with having a big butt now? Be happy with your body. These YouTube folks wear skin tight pants and poke their butt out or stand in weird stances with back arched and knees bent to make you think they have a model figure. Ladies there’s nothing wrong with your body. You don’t need a bigger butt! In the 90s nobody wanted to be known as the girl with the big butt. My how times have changed

    Just so everyone knows, you can’t “get rid”of hip dips, it’s your body’s natural structure. But you can workout and it might make it less visible, but it doesn’t work for everyone. Just love your body for how it naturally is, and work on it to be fit & healthy, but don’t workout or do things to try to get someone else’s figure.. LOVE YOUR OWN💞😊

    Hips gradually and naturally get wider over time, especially between the ages of 23-26, in women due to hormonal changes. It has nothing to do with exercise. It is irreversible.

    i did this workout yesterday morning. it’s the next day and my side butt is so sore. it hurts to walk i might have gone too hard but this definitely works for the side booty and i haven’t found that in other videos. i always see results when i follow her videos! i’ll come back and update when needed.

    Great video, but be careful with your form on the clam!! The top hip shouldn’t be rolling back the way it was. when you do that you’re compensating with other muscles and targeting the glute med less. Keep the pelvis “stacked” through the whole movement. The range might be smaller but you’ll end up working and challenging the glutes way more!

    I hate videos like this. LADIES!! You cannot physically make your hip bones wider. Your body type is based on your genetics. They are times such as during pregnancy that your hips can spread but again it all depends on what your body is predisposed to do. Even then, some women’s body’s don’t change at all during or after pregnancy. Stop falling for lies/false hope. Love and embrace your body bc it’s yours❤️

    Not to be that person but in your resisted clams you should not be rocking you hips back when lifting the knee. Your hips should stay aligned and not lifting the knee as high to keep them aligned will actually work the hip more. 💕

    You can’t change the way your muscles insert and originate. If your butt is bell shaped or apple shaped, there is no changing this. Everyone’s abs look different too. It’s called genetics. Also, if you know the anatomy of the knee, you wouldn’t do curtsey lunges.

    Are any of these exercises risky when your sciatic nerve is hurting/pinched?

    I’ve obtained most of my leg muscle and middle roundness in the butt from weighted squats & deadlift variations but my sides are lacking. I used to incorporate resistance bands, but it fell out of routine. I have now pulled or pinched the sciatic nerve (i believe due to deadlift with poor form) and have avoided lower body altogether for about a week, but it is still pulsing down right lower back/butt/leg. (I have chiropractor apt. in two weeks).

    I dont know how long to “rest” without feeling guilty for being still and not exercising. This is why i ask if any of these can still be done without overworking the sciatic. 🙂 Thanks for any feedback or advice.

    Don’t.. Do NOT do abductors to „get rid of hip dips“.. They will get worse because they target the wrong muscle to remove the illusion of dips. Look up pictures of bodybuilders, you’ll see their butt is sooo ugly and not round. Do kickbacks, hip thrusts and deadlifts. Everything that targets the gluteus maximums.

    Protein is overrated! please dont worry about getting a lot of it (except if you’re maybe on a VERY poor diet already, like only eating bread), this info she tells is actually really outdated and many people have a toxic amount of protein in their diet. Make sure you eat healthy (mostly plants and fruits, beans and other whole foods) and you’re set!!
