20 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT // No Equipment | Pamela Rf

NO EXCUSES ♥︎ a Full Body Workout that can do whenever and wherever you like. You don’t need any equipment or weights!! Targets the muscles of your whole body and gives you a QUICK SWEAT!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.
There are two 1min rests in between. Ff you need to pause longer – feel free to do so. If you don’t need a break – skip them!

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover. You can do this workout 2-3x a week and if you want to do be active on the other days: check out my Sixpack, Core & Booty Workout ♥︎

      Do a 30/40 min cardio /HIIT workout plssss. Love the way you do your vids. No talking / smooth transitions btwn workouts! It rly isn’t for beginners but its easy enough to follow that as we do more we’ll be able to be better at them

      Susi FL boa ihr denkt das ist bei jedem mädel gleich, am ersten tag meiner periode hab ich schwindel, bin regelrecht kurz vorm kotzen und krieg hitzewallugen, hört auf zu denken alle mädels sind in der lage sport zu treiben! alle perioden laufen unterschiedlich für jeden individuell ab!! mein gott alterrrrr🙄🙄🙄

      Ich mache unregelmäßig Sport. Habe mit ihren Workouts angefangen vor einigen Wochen, je öfter man es macht desto besser schafft man es durchzuziehen. Also kann ich die Aussage von „fernando“ nicht nachvollziehen. Jeder merkt doch beim Sport selbst wie weit er gehen kann. Wenn man nicht mehr kann, sagt der Körper es einem bzw lässt es einen spüren und mach sollte eine Pause einlegen.

Have you tried a glass of full cream milk with 2 bananas and raisin? You can blend it together. I drink it for a month and of cuz with some workout. I gain about 3kg.

      Katarína Jagačová your welcome! Don’t worry just give it a try. I try a lot of method but none of them works for me except this one. Ohh and other than that make sure you increase your calories intake per day. I make sure i ate about 2300 cal per day. Lots of wholegrain bread, brown rice ,peanut butter,fruits, veg and plenty of water is a must! I am previously 83 lbs only, now I reached 100 lbs but still I need to gain more. At least 120lbs. Don’t give up and do your best💪🏻😤! Good luck! 😊😊

      Katarína Jagačová it’s senseless to increase your calories if you don’t work out. That’s the way to gain fat not muscles. Why don’t you go to the gym in 1 or 2 years and do workouts like this meanwhile? 😊

      linaanil 2 Versuche mehr Proteine zu dir zu nehmen bzw. viel Eiweiß. Auch in deiner Freizeit Treppen laufen statt Aufzug, Fahrrad fahren. Das hilft alles ganz gut 🙂

    Finde dich echt toll und liebe deine workouts! Aber es wäre schön wenn du einmal ein workout hochladen würdest, dass für Anfänger geeignet ist….dieses ist zwar auf jeden Fall wirkungsvoll und alles, aber als Beginner schafft man nicht einmal die Hälfte und das finde ich ein bisschen Schade.

    Ok guys, I did accomplish this workout without any extra breaks that she did, and boy can I say that I am covered in sweat and am super hot and flushed in the face! In the beginning, my legs were already starting to feel sore (and I’m a dancer and have very muscular and strong legs that I work almost daily so you guys can definitely see how hard this workout is on the first try)! Overall, it was pretty hard and I can probably burn off my 4 slices of pizza I just ate. Totally recommend this.

    Thanks for the vid! Im a soccer player but my ancle is hurt so I cant run or kick the ball atm and I feel extremely bad about it since I dont know when I can return to the soccerfield.. I couldnt do the jumps and squats but still had a great workout! 🙂

      FranSlam saame, I am always doing workouts from emi wong (female youtuber), she has very good workouts, 45 sec each exercise, after that 15 sec rest and so on, and that really helps me to do it straight through . u can try it aswell 🙂

    Ich liebe deine Workouts!!! Denn ich finde es schrecklich wenn ich traniere und im Workout die ganze Zeit gelabert wird und man den Ton nicht ausstellen kann weil man die Zeit sonst nicht im Überblick hat. Mit Musik ist das 1000 Mal besser. Mach weiter so! Und hoffentlich kommen noch viele weiter vll. auch welche mit unterschiedlichem Schwierigkeitsgrad!👍

      Boi wot ive tried doing this just over a month, skipped 2 days. Trust it gets easier over time when you start to feel more firm, but the first week was so painful like i could only make up to 4 minutes in the video before i felt like fainting. I recommend just take longer breaks when needed until you start to feel more comfortable 😊 It was so painful for me at the beginning but it gets better promise!!!

      been doing this workout for 2 weeks now, yeah, it was hard in the beginning and it’s still challenges me but it’s getting easier and it’s fascinating to see how I’m getting stronger and firmer. Take it slow in the beginning, take longer breaks, do modification if can’t quite do it, keep on going!

    Thank you so much for your workout videos they’re great ! Just one PROBLEM: I always find the music horrible. Could you perhaps not put any ? One can always add music, but muting the sound (which I do) is problematic because we can’t hear the timer.

    10 minutes into this and I was retching, (I’d say I’m pretty fit as well) I don’t recommend if u have low stamina. But I do recommend her six pack 10 mins workout video! It’s really good. I do that every day with no problem. It gets easier every day. I might do this for specific workout for less time and more breaks. Remember I’m not hating, I’m sharing my personal experience, we all have different body types x

    Es ist traurig, dass du so erfolgreich bist. Mit deiner Reichweite gibst du jungen Mädchen ein Sportprogramm vor, dass so vielen Tücken hat. Warum sind deine Jumping Squats nicht tiefer als Parallel und weshalb sind deine Arme bei deinen Push-ups weder eng genug am Körper platziert noch berührt deine Brust den Boden. Nichts als Half-Reps! Ich bin kein Movement-Nazi, aber ich bitte Dich…warum arbeitest du bzw alle vergleichbaren Clowns deiner Branche nicht an der Ausführung und gibst dahingehend Tipps?! Die unwissenden, naiven Teenies wissen es nicht besser und hinterfragen auch nicht, weil ihnen dein Körper als Argument reicht: gutes Aussehen = gutes Workout (gute Kenntnisse). Weit gefehlt leider! Auch Bodybuilder, die beschissen trainieren, bauen Muskulatur auf, doch die vernachlässigte Ausführung rächt sich mit den Jahren.

    Wäre schön, wenn du dir zumindest eine Meinung hierzu bildest. Danke!

    I love your videos! I hope you continue to make more of these! What I really like is the focus on the reps themselves, the music, and no talking. 🙂 (Not that you don’t have a fab voice I’m sure. But I personally find “instructor voices” a big hit or miss even if the content is good)

    Tolles workout, aber du solltest definitiv an deiner Technik arbeiten. So vermittelst du eine falsche Ausführung der Übungen .. bei den jumping jacks zB solltest du darauf achten auf den Fersen und zu landen und nicht auf den Zehen; bei den Plank jacks solltest du auf Körperspannung achten und deinen Po tief halten ..

      Tho its not good for your body to do it every day. Resistance training should only be done 2-3 times a week, plus if you want better results, you also need to do heavy weights training.
